Press Release: Amputee Coalition Welcomes Chief Programs Officer Ashlie White

(September 13, 2022, Washington, D.C.) The Amputee Coalition is pleased to announce Ashlie White as its new Chief Programs Officer. Ashlie will lead the National Limb Loss Resource Center, government relations, community engagement, and peer support initiatives.

“Ashlie’s name is synonymous with excellence. She is a fierce fighter for the limb loss and limb difference community,” said John Register, Acting President and CEO for the Amputee Coalition. “Her collaborative spirit coupled with her solution-oriented approach will play an integral part in the Amputee Coalition being the go-to organization for those whose lives are impacted by amputations.”

Ashlie brings a wealth of expertise to a dynamic team determined to reach out to and empower people affected by limb loss to achieve their full potential. She has a proven record of developing, implementing, and managing dynamic programs. She comes to the Amputee Coalition after a successful tenure as Director of Health Policy and Strategic Alliances at the American Orthotics and Prosthetics Association.

In her role as Chief Programs Officer, Ashlie will provide strategic vision, energy, leadership and accountability for all program’s strategies, plans, goals, and outcomes, with a focus on continual improvement and development to meet the needs of the limb loss and limb difference community.
