We invite you to participate in our survey if you have been diagnosed with Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) or other related diseases, such as diabetes, coronary artery disease, or cerebrovascular disease, leading to amputation(s). This is your chance to share your personal experiences of pre- and post-amputation medical care from a holistic perspective. We aim to improve patient care by gaining insights into the physical, psychological, and social aspects of your journey.
Objectives:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the quality of medical care received after being diagnosed with PAD-related conditions.
- Identify and explore barriers that have hindered or limited your access to care.
- Determine the resources required during the pre- and post-amputation phases.
- Assess the overall quality of medical care received once the limb has been amputated.
