In November 2018 I had septic shock and kidney failure. I was very weak and had edema, a swelling caused due to excess fluid accumulation, which pumped my whole body with fluid. On December 17, 2019, I had a below the knee amputation on my right foot with an infection in the bone. I am working on balance and walking, I am doing my best, but it is hard sometimes. One day at a time I move forward and do not give up.
