Bilateral Amputee/Who Would’ve Thought!

Our world changed forever in September 2020. Out of town with family … packing up our vehicle and behind came my nephew in his car. Instead of hitting the brake, he hit the accelerator and pinned me between the cars. After 16 surgeries, they tried to save the legs and, with no motion or flexion, I decided on bilateral amputation. Best decision I could have made. Working and living life to the fullest. Anything is possible with strength from God, family, and friends.
