Amputee and Proud

Hi, my name is Jeremy and I’m a bilateral below-knee amputee. I lost my left leg 8 years ago and my right leg in May 2017. I’m an active amputee – I’m currently in a men’s bowling league after relearning how to bowl. I walk around and, for the most part, people don’t even know that I wear prostheses. I’m a very positive person and try to encourage all amputees. I have a saying that I really try to live by: I can do anything any able-bodied person can do; I might have to do it differently or modify it but, in the end, the outcome is still the same – I’m Amputee and Proud.
