JOURNEY BACK TO FITNESS.

When I first got my above knee amputation I thought my life was over. Fitness and sports have always been a major part of my life. At the age of three, I started taekwondo and received a black belt by twelve years old. I did years of boxing and Muay Thai. Working my way to train with the best in the world in MMA at the American top team in South Florida. I was even a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Being stuck in wheelchairs and getting around on crutches threw me into a deep depression. I would find myself lying in bed for days. Then one day I decided to use my knowledge from personal training to come up with a system that I can do in the gym. My goal is to achieve my peak level of fitness. Once I do that I want to be an inspiration to not just amputees but everyone. It’s going to be a long journey but I got this!
