We are pleased to announce a brand-new BIPOC virtual support group for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color is launching Wednesday, August 16! This support group will meet via Zoom on the third Wednesday of every month from 6:00 to 7:00pm ET.
Designed for people who have limb loss or limb difference (or will experience limb loss), this is a safe space to receive and offer support, speak your experience, and a place where we build community through shared experiences. If you are searching for a community to share common experiences and challenges with, we encourage you to join us for all or any of the meetings below.
Upcoming Dates for 2023:
Advanced registration is required, so register here to receive the link. The BIPOC support group is peer-led and facilitated by an Amputee Coalition volunteer. A staff member will also moderate each meeting.
For more information and questions, please email Takiera Green, Program Support Specialist, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to seeing you next month and building a vibrant and encouraging community together!
