| Clinics are back for the 2023 National Conference! These signature offerings create the unique experiences attendees have come to cherish over the years. These clinics foster physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As attendees discover the joy of adaptive activities, they redefine their boundaries and inspire others. The 2023 National Conference line-up brings back our popular swim, yoga, and golf clinics and a new prosthetic evaluation clinic.
Yoga Clinics
Begin and end your conference days by delving into yoga practices that embrace breath work, body strengthening, balance enhancement, and a finale of peaceful relaxation. Certified instructor, Heather Thamer, will lead participants through a yoga sequence and assist with mode modification to accommodate skill-level and level of limb loss.

Swim Clinic
Take a morning dip in the outdoor pool and enjoy swim lessons tailored to your level of limb loss and/or limb difference. You will learn adaptive techniques to help you swim and stay active.
- Beginner: Thursday, Aug 3, 7:00am-8:00am
- Intermediate: Friday, Aug 4, 7:00am-8:00am
- Advanced: Saturday, Aug 5, 7:00am-8:00am
Prosthesis Clinic
Attendees will be able to benefit from the Prosthesis Evaluation Clinic—an innovative initiative to optimize the walking efficiency of individuals using lower limb prostheses. The primary objective is to assist each participant in achieving the most natural and seamless gait pattern.

Golf Clinic
This year’s golf clinic includes three popular stations: putting, golf simulator, and snag golf. The Joe Grohman Golf Foundation’s dedicated team will provide support and create an environment that fosters growth and enjoyment. Don’t worry about bringing any equipment – we’ve got you covered.
